The property is just a short drive down Fort Pickens. The views are just as spectacular and are absolutely serene. You can see lights at night, instead of the darkness of the ocean.
Sabine is 0.9 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping and restaurants. Why not take advantage of the tennis courts or outside grilling/lounge area on the property while you’re there? There is also a boat launch! Put your sea vessel in the Bay and anchor or park your trailer, making this rental the best for all our Sea Captains!

Family of 4, we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The view is spectacular, condo was spotless and well appointed. We would definitely recommend. You do have to walk a little ways to get beach access, but not a big deal at all. All of the restaurants are easily walkable as well.

This older condo has been beautifully updated! The views are over the top spectacular too! Everything we needed was provided and our stay was wonderful! Nice and quiet. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and activities!

First time in Pensacola and loved it. We loved the condo building location, the actual condo, and the view. Full balcony overlooking the ocean on the 10th floor. The building was very quiet and clean. We did not use the pool because the weather was chilly but the area was well maintained and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and up to date. We had all the utensils, plates, pans, and coffee makers we needed. Can’t wait to rent again! Thank you Beach Bum!!

We were really pleased to spend our week at this property. A well-supplied and comfortable place to stay. Very responsive hosts. Nothing can beat the ocean view out the windows! We look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

My first reaction when I walked in was a small gasp at the view!! The condo was awesome. It was everything I hope it would be. My only quirk and it’s a tiny one, is to have to pay to do laundry. I thought it was free in light of the rate and it wasn’t mentioned otherwise. AGAIN, a very small inconvenience to run back up for change. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved loved loved it!!!

Beautiful views from every room were truly picture perfect. The unit is spacious and beds are very comfortable. Does show some signs of age—most noticeable in bathroom showers, which could use some updating. While we were assured they were of no structural concern, there is a large diagonal crack in the primary bedroom ceiling and additional hairline cracks in the ceilings of second bedroom and living area which could be a bother to some. Cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by the BB team. Kaylin was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind and responsive to all inquiries and arranged for Denise and Jordan to resolve a minor issue promptly and thoroughly. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained like the rest of the common areas. Overall good value for location and would rent from BB Luxury Vacation Rentals again.

Had a vacation with family this was the first time we used VRBO and was very pleased. The home was stocked with all needed items. The description of the property was spot on.
