Family-friendly with two outdoor pools, one of which is heated in the winter months. It's also walking distance to move restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.

Well stocked , well decorated, so comfortable, so convenient. Complimentary chairs and umbrella saves abt 50 per day. Love it! Can’t beat the penthouse view!

Our stay at Emerald Isle was fantastic. The view was great and any questions or concerns we had were taken care of right away. We were given recommendations on food and fun and enjoyed every minute!

Beach Bum was a great company to work with, always responded quickly to any questions we had. This property was very nice, although it could use some updating which we found out is going to be happening soon. It was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. Don't hesitate to go through Beach Bum, they are great! I usually go through VRBO but was cheaper through Beach Bum & they are located right there so they are there to attend to any needs you may have.
Management Response: Thank you, Denise! Yes, the kitchen now has all new appliances, which was definitely needed; we know you had complications with the microwave. :)

The property was wonderful, and was just as expected. We were thrilled. The first afternoon we arrived. It was absolutely stunning. However, the next morning, a jackhammer started up in the condo next to us. The noise was unbearable. When I called the property manager, I could not even hear the other person over the phone. That’s how loud the noise was. The noise continued during our duration as we could still hear it from the parking lot of the new building that we were moved to. The property manager was very helpful and assisting us to find another property to stay in. I’m glad we were the first ones to call because we were actually able to get a property in another building. That was also considered an upgrade. I did, however, find out that condo. Life is not for me. You are at the mercy of everyone around you as to whether or not you have a peaceful stay . We appreciate everything that the property manager did for us. After getting all settled in and spending one night there, we had to pack up and leave. This is nothing against this condo. This is simply stating that if you are staying in a car now and they are doing construction with a jackhammer ripping up tile above you beside you below you or anywhere near you you will not get one moment of peace on your peaceful getaway. Once we moved to the new location, we were finally able to enjoy our trip.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. It was inappropriate to rent the top floor when a new roof was being put on the building. My daughter worked from 8-5 with pounding and sawing going on above her. The workers worked from 7 to 7! Management was very helpful and offered to move us or to compensate us. We chose compensation and left a day early.
