Had a great weekend in this condo. Enjoyed the amenities included in this condo, reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach also had extra chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys available in the unit. Only issue was the tv in living room was half black throughout the stay, i was told one is on order.. we will def be back to stay here.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in Pensacola for a full week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect!!! The condo, the pool, the beach, the local restaurants!!! Everything was perfect! We 10/10 recommend Pensacola Beach as well as Beach Bum BB!!!!!

I had a fabulous time. Very clean, soft towels, everything we needed was here. Great view! Higher chairs outside would have have nice so the view was easier to see. Pool was clean and relaxing. The only thing I did not like was that the living room chair was really warn and extremely uncomfortable. Had to use couch for myself. I would suggest replacing that. With that said, I would still stay here again!

Beautiful view, very clean, pool was perfect and clean, I have two complaints…chair in living room was very uncomfortable and worn and needs a replacement, I would have taller chair and table outside to see over the railing. Blocks full view of ocean. I still would give all fives.

What a great apartment! It was so clean and had everything you could need and more! It was modern and the beds were comfortable. The extra touches and ease of communication with the host were exceptional. We traveled with kids and they loved it too. The boogie boards and beach equipment available for use were a wonderful extra touch too! We would happily stay here again!

I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Beach Bum and Emerald Isle at my recent stay in Pensacola. Walking in the room and seeing and smelling the cleanliness was the number 1 thing that would make me return to a location. The layout and design of the condo was perfect for our family. The gym and sauna were wonderful. The grounds were so clean and well kept! I would and will recommend your properties in the future!

Great location! Walked to restaurants and shops. View couldn’t be beat! Very responsive to the one minor issue we had. There is a trolley during peak season that is very convenient. We will be back!

Excellent location. Beach bum was amazing and so helpful during our stay. Beautiful scenery. Nice beach attendance (cabana guys) super friendly ans made local recommendations. Only complaint is mouse from RM 802. Loud stomping running and bouncing balls on balcony. Shower curtain in master needs replaced or washed. Master bed needs possibly a mattress topper. Dryer made beeping noises often no in middle of the night - dries great. Middle bathroom. Door catches and won’t shut easily. Light above the sink looks to be hanging a little (maybe have that checked out for safety). Top rack of dishwasher sticks and bottom will fall out if not careful. Property Codes seems not be consistent and we often were locked out. We found one that worked in the end but for beach access (coming in) and the inside (downstairs ) often didn’t work. Access to condo was no problem. Love the touch screen! Love the decor! All appliances and dishes we could ever need. I will stay here again and will recommend.
