BEDDING
Master (Gulf side): King icomfort Serta CF3000 mattress + TWO access points to the Gulf side balcony (one from bedroom and one from bathroom).
Master (private) Bath: large spa tub, two large vanities, open shower with two spa shower heads.
Second Master: (North side room) Queen bed and sofa in the sitting area, private access to the North balcony overlooking the sound and up and down the entire island. This is also the 'media room' with the library.
Second Master (private) Bath: Tub/Shower Combo
3rd Bedroom: King bed with private bath.
4th Bedroom: King bed with private bath.
*NOTE: there is NOT a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Location
Beach Club Resort & Spa is at the heart of Pensacola Beach. The property is a secured, gated facility. Codes are needed to enter the gate and building. You'll find family-friendly areas such as an outdoor pool & hot tub. There is also a heated indoor pool & hot tub. Make time to visit Aqua Spa and spend time in the complimentary sauna or steam room. Guest can also make use of the large fitness center.
All balconies are Gulf front with an expansive view of the beach. It's also within walking distance to most restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.

Fabulous condo with beautiful ocean/bay views. Perfect getaway for group of friends. Loved wide open kitchen/dining/living spaces. All mattresses comfortable. Only a couple suggestions to make stay even better: no or very few hangers in several of the bedrooms; no bath mats; would liked to b able to set thermostat below 68 especially in corner bedroom with big windows. We will b back!

The condo and beach were absolutely beautiful. The condo was spacious with gorgeous views of the Gulf and it was stocked with everything you need. We had an amazing trip and will definitely plan to stay here again.

The condo was clean, well furnished, spacious and provided amazing views of the beach. Our family loved it all. We had a small issue with the deck electric grill and the Beach Bum staff was very quick and helpful in sending a person who fixed the problem right away.
We are considering returning next year and renting the same space due the great experience we had from start to finish. Thank you very muchBeach Bum.

Beautiful property we stayed at! The team at Beach Bums made the stay comfortable as well as provided fantastic local recommendations! I loved all the instructions provided on how to use appliances and amenities at the property through the digital display. The team was so responsive and friendly! This property was not only beautiful but had some of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. The team at Beach Bums were wonderful with communicating about checkin and providing suggestions about the area. I liked the digital display that helped us learn more about the area and how to operate things in the home like Sauna and Hot tub. We made the best memories during our stay!

The name of the property says it all; Paradise Found. The condo was the perfect for our extended family of 7. When we weren't on the beach or at the pool, we were on the huge balcony enjoying spectacular views. The owners anticipated most of our needs, providing pretty much everything we needed and were easily accessible to answer all questions. We didn't have enough time to enjoy all the amenities but maybe next time. The only surprise was that the Beach Club itself isn't as family friendly. There were restrictions on the Fitness Center (No one under the age of 15) and the indoor pool has 'Family Hours' between 10am - 6pm only. Arriving at 5:30, we missed the Family Hours, so we tried the outdoor pool. It felt like a warm night, but once we got out to the pool, the residual winds from Nicole made it too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool. We were freezing. Meanwhile, the indoor pool was empty. This didn't ruin our trip, but I don't think I'd rebook here during the off-season with a 10 & 14 year old.
