'Seas Life' is a 2-story (living only on one story) 3BR / 2BA beach house located at: 1312 Via de Luna. _____________________________________________________________ PROPERTY - 2.5 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk - 2.4 miles from the Pensacola Pier - Large Driveway - Spacious Wraparound Deck - Lounge Cobblestone Downstairs Area - Beach Wagon + Equipment for Guests - Stairs ONLY for Entry -PLEASE NOTE: Cameras are active on the outdoor areas including deck and lower level to ensure house parties are not happening. _____________________________________________________________ ARRANGEMENTS Stairs required. House is on stilts. : First Floor: Master: King bed with private bath (walk-in shower) Bedroom 2: Queen with twin bunk on top (has private door to guest bathroom) Bedroom 3: Bunk with queen bottom, twin top Bathroom 2: double vanity with shower/tub combo Beds for 8. Max allowed is 8. Large balcony off back door with stairs that lead down to ground area patio. : Ground Floor: *Large Propane Island Grill and table for 8* Guests can enjoy lots of outdoor space and seating with table with small firepit. Guests are also welcome to the beach buggy, beach chairs, and toys downstairs. There is also a private shower for those sandy beach days! _____________________________________________________________ FEATURES This home is elegant and ready to entertain making spending time with loved ones that much easier. With a little over 1500 square feet, it offers a HUGE wrap around deck with ample seating to enjoy the white sand and the Florida weather. - No contact arrival (go straight to the condo with codes) - Lots of outside seating with small fire pit - Fully equipped kitchen (what you have at home + more) - Washer and dryer - All linens and towels - Secure wifi - Cable in each room - Beach towels - Starter amenities Please note: the third story of the house (the top floor) is not part of the rental. It's not viewed in any of the pictures except the shots of the entire house from the road. Have a 2-minute walk to the beach and a trolley stop a block away (Pensacola Beach Trolley is FREE and runs Memorial Weekend to Labor Day). _____________________________________________________________ BOOKING Must be 25+ to reserve. Sparkly clean and close enough to the beach for easy beach access. Convenient trolley stop right in front of the house also made it really to go back and forth into town. Would definitely stay here again!

We are local to the area but wanted a staycation. The house was beautiful and very clean!! The beds were comfortable. It was difficult getting up all the stairs with luggage. There was a elevator but the doors were locked. For anyone with back issues ( like me) or knee issues or older age this might not be the house for you. Other than that we were completely satisfied.

Was great place would mention the top part of house and garages are not accessible just so people know. Not a big deal but some folks are funny over those kind of things. Great location was close to everything and easy to get in and out of place. Lots of sand everywhere in Pensacola so was challenge to keep everything outside but it’s totally doable. Great hot tub but you have to set temp up in morning so gets to temp by night. For sure great for a group get away reasonably priced and accessible lots of stuff for the beach to use which is great. The wrap around porch is amazing you could tan from right there if you wanted to. They recycle so big plus in my book. Liked the sign book for guest suggestions on things as well very nice touch. They should for sure look into monthly rentals for folks that live on the beach.

Gorgeous home with all the amenities you could ask for. Great location - a short walk to the beach with minimal foot traffic. The extra beach chairs and towels were much appreciated! Would absolutely stay again!
